The Golden Experience
If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram you probably saw my post on the incredible experience we had at Goldfish this month. As you may know the summer has been so busy for us and with E's surgery and my mom moving we had to miss four weeks of swim lessons. 4 WEEKS! My kids were going crazy and my husband and I were eager to get them back into their routine. Our first week back was not how we planned it but the staff at Goldfish made sure our kids were treated with kindness and love.
This is just one example of The Golden Experience, which is the standard that Goldfish Swim School hold themselves to. Whether you are walking into Goldfish for swim lessons, family swim, a birthday party, or just to get some information they are greeting you with a genuine smile, warmness, and positive energy. Every single staff member wants to make your experience in their school positive and happy. Before we were members of Goldfish, we went regularly for family swim through the week and had my daughter's 4th birthday party at the Dublin location. I can tell you, first hand, that it was our experience with Goldfish before we became members that made us fall in love with the school, the staff, and the owners. 614.mom You guys!! I am in tears as I sit here and watch both of my kids in their swim lessons but let me tell you why. We left the house a bit early because it was storming and we wanted to make sure we had plenty of time to get to swim lessons on time. Sure enough, the rain and traffic delayed us by 30 minutes 😬 so we got here 15 minutes into Owen's swim lessons. He was so disappointed that he missed his lessons. Not to worry though because the staff at @goldfishswimschool Westerville is wonderful and made sure he didn't have to miss a thing. They happened to have an open section of the pool open during the 7pm time slot and a truly dedicated teacher who took time out of his schedule to give Owen (and my hubby) a one on one lesson. 😀😀 THIS is why @goldfishswimschool is THE BEST! They truly care about their students. They didn't have to do this, they could have easily made us reschedule on a different day but because they had the resources on hand they went above and beyond my expectations and made this an excellent night. Goldfish customers for life!! ☀️ HUGE thank you to Mindy and Eddie for going above and beyond.
