Since the beginning of 614 Mom supporting small businesses has been a huge piece of who we are. While this year we can’t be together to celebrate Mother’s Day at the annual 614 Mom Celebrating You event we can still support one another. Below is a list of ideas on how you can support small businesses while giving the moms in your life an extremely special day, including yourself :)

Wild Sage Collective
Wild Sage Collective is one of my favorite places in Columbus. I’m not even sure how I was first introduced to Wild Sage but I’ve been a fan for a long time. Last year during a really rough time for me I attended a meditation class hosted by Erica and sobbed through the entire thing. She was incredibly kind to me and showed me such support. One of the best gifts you can give this Mother’s Day is the Mala Making Kit. It’s a truly special experience. You can have items shipped if you order by Tuesday or you can pick up at via pick up window Wednesday-Friday 12-6 and Saturday 10-3.
Sadie Baby Sweets
Does the mom in your life love sweets? Sadie Baby Sweets has put together a perfect Mother’s Day menu. The Mother’s Day tray comes with 6 mini caramel wrapped pretzels, 4 peanut butter bars, 1 large MOM cookie and SO MUCH MORE. You can view the entire tray and all of the details here. There are also multiple options including french macarons, cookie pack, swirl cake, DIY rainbow decorating kit, and a lot of other options. They are open Friday and Saturday for pick up and closed on Sunday so Rachel can enjoy her day with her family.

You all know my love for Lovely Grain Studios. I’m a huge fan of everything Brooke does. She’s incredibly talented and I have many of her products in my home. If you’re looking for something truly special for Mother’s Day this year I would point you to Brooke’s website right away. Family Photos are always a great gift. I think all moms can agree we are often the ones behind the camera. Family photo sessions are precious memories that last a lifetime and Ashley is an extremely talented photographer. She’s taken so many photos of my family over the years. She’s incredibly patient with children, a lot of fun, and she always makes you feel so beautiful. She’s your biggest cheerleader. She’s a dear friend and if you’re looking for family photos, look no further. She’s also an incredible wedding photographer, brand photographer, and owner of Oh, The Heart, a wedding resource for the state of Ohio.
Oasis Skin Bar
Ashley has been a 614 Mom for as long as I can remember. She’s amazing and I have so much love for her and everything she does. She owns Oasis Face Bar Worthington and they have put together two really amazing gift boxes. One is specific for Mother’s Day and one is an ongoing gift box so that you can have a facial at home while salons are closed. GENIUS! You can find both on their website.

Mariah Rose Hair
Mariah is the only person allowed to touch my hair. Seriously. She’s AMAZING! I met her last year around Mother’s Day and since then every member of my family sees her. She allows me to bring my kids when I need to and has candy and wifi to keep them happy throughout the entire appointment. You can buy Unite hair care products through Mariah or purchase a gift card and get on her list so as soon as she’s allowed to open again you’ll be one of the first to know.
Ground and Bloom
The best massages in Columbus. Massages with Moe are like magic. I love any chance to be on her table. I write a lot and take care of three kids so most of my stress can be found in my neck. Right now the best way to give a gift of a massage with Ground and Bloom is to reach out to Moe and get a gift card.
