Cucinova Opens Today in Dublin!!!

You guys!!! Seriously, some really good news for you pizza lovers out there - Cucinova opens their Dublin location TODAY! We were lucky enough to be invited to an event there last night, they gave us a look at what to expect from them and I promise you, they did not disappoint.  

The atmosphere was inviting, the food was delicious, and they strive for excellence.  They offer create your own pizza, pasta, and salad with a wide variety of options to choose from.  I ordered a pizza (because seriously, it's my favorite food group) with mozzarella and parmesan cheese with green peppers and it was amazing! You can find a picture of it on my Instagram page. My daughter also ordered a pizza and she loved it - she asked if we could come back the very next day, and we just might. She can be very persuasive.  ;-) We ordered our son some pasta with marinara sauce - but what sets their pasta apart is that they offer spaghetti noodles as well as whole grain rigatoni noodles. I don't know about you but in our house the kids prefer the rigatoni noodles to spaghetti noodles because their much easier to eat.  There was a triple win on the pasta as far as I'm concerned, type of noodle, whole grain, and it tasted delicious. If you were there last night, you probably saw me scarfing down a few bites as I was throwing away our trash. It's fine, my son doesn't share food and I wanted to try it.  :-) My husband also got a pasta dish with Alfredo sauce, chicken, and spaghetti noodles, I didn't get to try his because he also refuses to share food (my son's attitude with sharing food makes sense now, huh?).
